EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
The products which are not listed under Clearance Tab are eligible for return/exchange with below conditions:
- We offer free 7-day returns/exchanges.
- COD orders receive a 30-day-validity coupon code of their purchase value. No refunds.
- For prepaid orders, if you opt for RETURN, you'll receive a refund** to your original payment method.
(**Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it is eligible for refund**)
- Please allow us 7 days to process all returns and exchanges.
- Products are eligible for an exchange only ONCE.
- Please ensure returned items are unused and undamaged with tags intact.
- Please note that we don't allow any returns or exchanges for Clearance products.
